A Little About Me
I obtained my LLB in law from the University of Sheffield. I then embarked upon the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC - barrister training) at BPP Law School in Leeds obtaining a Very Competent.
After this, I worked as a paralegal in an international law firm full time, whilst studying part time to complete my Legal Practice Course (LPC - solicitor training) at BPP Law School in Leeds, where I obtained a Distinction. Later, I completed the Safelives IDVA qualification, again obtaining a Distinction. I also have achieved my level 2 in Counselling Skills.
I now work as a family law solicitor dealing with Family Court injunctions and both private and public law children matters. I am based in Herefordshire but I also have strong links with Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Avon & Somerset, and cover the whole of England and Wales. I am included on the Pro Bono Recognition list for 2025.
I am a campaigner for change in the Family Court and my projects page provides more information on what I have been working on over the past few years, which should tell you a little more about me.
Outside of this, I am a mum of two and Labrador owner, and am often found running late on the school run, covered in yoghurt.
